Where Does the Money Go?
Let's start with asking the basic question; what are the costs of running a political campaign? I think New Yorkers should understand where the money goes first, before making suggestions as to how to fund these campaigns. Perhaps if New York State offered tax deductions/credits to the television broadcast companies (example), campaign costs would be less expensive to operate.
